2016 Syrah Kimberly's

The 2016 Syrah Kimberly’s is from our estate vineyard. This selection is only produced in the best years and is co-fermented with 5-10% Viognier to add lift and floral aromas. The 2016 has aromas black and blue fruits, honeysuckle, and baking spices. With flavors of boysenberry, blueberry, white pepper, and cinnamon, it is concentrated and smooth, yet has nice lift of acidity, keeping everything feeling juicy and fresh. Aged 24 months in neutral French oak, bottled unfined and unfiltered, this wine will age well into 2035.
