2016 Humboldt County "The Hills"

Our 2016 estate blend, “The Hills” is sourced from the steep slopes of Marier vineyard on the Klamath river, Humboldt County. The Hills is a blend of Syrah and Cabernet Franc with a small amount of Viognier. These three varietals were fermented together in a one ton fermenter and aged in neutral French oak. This wine is concentrated and structured with Blueberry, dark currant, and nice spice notes from the Cabernet Franc. Its highly structured but plush in texture and will age for 10 or more years easily.
